Born in Davao City, Lamano is a celebration of heritage, innovation, and the art of gathering. As part of The Gastroclub Corporation (TGC), our vision is to redefine the social drinking and dining landscape of Davao, blending global influences with our Filipino roots. Our goal is to create spaces where flavors, culture, and community harmonize.
At Lamano, we combine Filipino and Spanish flavors with modern techniques, resulting in a unique dining experience. Our menu is shaped by ADVICHE, a leading hospitality consultancy, with renowned chefs like Chele Gonzalez and Carlos Villaflor, and our beverage program crafted by Chef Kalel Ervin Demetrio.
